The memory of a Greek summer on Mount Pelion, where, to reach the sea, you had to cross a natural grove of wild fig trees bathed in sunlight. Philosykos is an ode to the whole fig tree: the green freshness of the leaves, the milky taste of the figs, underpinned by the woody density of the tree.
«Philosykos» means «friend of the fig tree» in Greek. A tree whose leaves and some branches brought in a souvenir box were the source of inspiration.
