The memory of a Greek summer on Mount Pelion. To reach the sea, you had to go through a natural grove of wild fig trees. The sun at its zenith warmed the earth, the dry wind carried the scent of the trees and their fruit. Philosykos is an ode to the whole fig tree: the green freshness of the leaves, the density of the white wood, the milky taste of the figs.
This fine lotion is full of contrasts. Barely milky, like a lotion, it rests quietly on the skin, murmuring its little song of softness. But beneath its delicate melody, it brings to life unknown facets of fragrance. Behind the freshness of the lotion, the fruity nature of the fig tree reveals itself with the same sensation as biting into a juicy fig. For a fragrance to last all day, the skin must be well moisturised. This is the secret of a long-lasting scent. Fragrance Gestures are inspired by the history of perfume, reinventing textures to offer a new approach to personal scenting.
We prepare each order by hand, in good time and without haste. We like to think that whoever opens a Papaduk package feels the same way we do when we discover a new fragrance.
