La vela perfumada Rhubarbe de Diptyque nos lleva al corazón del huerto, donde los largos tallos de ruibarbo, en tonos rosas y verdes, revelan su aroma agridulce y vibrante.
La viva acidez del ruibarbo se combina con el pachulí y con el carácter crudo de las semillas de zanahoria. A diferencia de una vela frutal dulce, Rhubarbe es ácida, verde y terrosa.
Con unas 60 horas de duración aproximada, se presenta en un vaso de cerámica reutilizable de 190 g, de 9 cm de alto y 7,7 cm de diámetro. Está elaborada con una mezcla de varios tipos de cera, un concentrado de fragancia de alta calidad y una mecha seleccionada. La primera vez, conviene dejarla arder hasta que se forme un charco uniforme de cera derretida, en torno a 4 horas; a partir de entonces, Diptyque aconseja sesiones de 4 horas como máximo. Cuando se termina la cera, el vaso puede reutilizarse.
Ideal para quienes buscan una vela original, verde y algo ácida para la cocina, el salón o el estudio, y para quienes disfrutan de aromas de huerto. Es una opción distinta dentro de la gama de Diptyque. Recorta la mecha a 3-5 mm antes de cada encendido y apágala con un apagavelas. Conserva la vela a una temperatura de entre 15 y 25 °C, lejos de la luz directa del sol.
