La vela perfumada Patchouli de Diptyque evoca una isla de Indonesia, donde las hojas de pachulí recién cortadas brotan de sus arbustos a la sombra y, tras el corte, empiezan a secarse. Al encenderla libera una fragancia densa y oscura.
El aroma es terroso, amaderado y casi alcanforado, con un carácter profundo y sombrío. A diferencia de un pachulí dulce y hippie, este es seco, vegetal y muy natural.
Con unas 60 horas de duración aproximada, se presenta en un vaso de vidrio reutilizable de 190 g, de 9 cm de alto y 7,7 cm de diámetro. Está elaborada con una mezcla de varios tipos de cera, un concentrado de fragancia de alta calidad y una mecha seleccionada. Para cuidar la vela, la casa aconseja que la primera combustión dure unas 4 horas, hasta que toda la superficie esté líquida, y que las siguientes no pasen de 4 horas. El vaso reutilizable puede tener una segunda vida cuando se acaba la vela.
Ideal para quienes buscan una vela profunda y terrosa para el salón, el estudio o un rincón de descanso, y para los amantes del pachulí. Transforma la estancia en un refugio sereno y arraigado. Es importante recortar la mecha a 3-5 mm y no dejarla nunca encendida sin supervisión. Guárdala en un lugar seco y templado, sin luz solar directa.
