Diptyque's Orphéon scented hand cream is part of the Perfume Gestures collection, a line that transforms the art of perfuming into a sensorial ritual. In this collection, textures become perfume and perfume becomes matter, allowing you to experience fragrance in a more intimate, everyday way.
Inspired by the legendary Orphéon bar in Paris in the 1960s, the fragrance evokes the creative and vibrant atmosphere where Diptyque's founders used to gather to dance, chat and let their imaginations run wild. This memory translates into a warm, enveloping composition that captures the bohemian spirit of Saint-Germain at the time.
The accord combines elegant cedar, aromatic juniper berries, luminous jasmine and the enveloping warmth of tonka bean. The result is a slightly smoky and sophisticated scent, evoking tobacco smoke, vintage cosmetics and polished bar wood.
