Molecule 01 + Mandarin consists of Iso E Super + Mandarin. Iso E Super is an abstract synthetic molecule characterised by a cedarwood note with a warm, velvety feel. Mandarin is a natural extract of mandarin.
Geza Schoen: «Mandarin is all about the instant hit. It's so lively, the way it radiates from the skin with that citrus flavour. But there's more to mandarin; it's also very fruity and aromatic. It's a beautiful ingredient. Its transparency means it fades quickly. I've tweaked it with a little extra shading to extend it, adding a tangerine ingredient that's used in flavourings to give it juiciness. Then, as it begins to fade, Molecule 01 syncs up, providing a warm, erotic feel to play with that vibrant freshness. That's unusual: for a top note ingredient like mandarin and a base note like Iso E Super to dance together naked like this, with no other notes coming between them.
