In February, in the south of France, in the hills of Tanneron, near Grasse, mimosas bloom. Their sunny golden yellow colour stretches as far as the eye can see, and their small velvety flowers perfume the air with delicately honeyed notes.
Choose one candle and then pair it with another to discover its unexpected olfactory alchemy, which seems to reinvent each scent while creating a third.
Mimosa and violet duo: a history of perfumery. Violet is one of the «silent flowers» whose aromatic principle cannot be extracted. In the 19th century, to give a floral and powdery dimension to the note, perfumers added natural mimosa extract.

The first time you light a scented candle, let it burn for two to three hours until all the wax on the surface has turned liquid.
Trim the wick regularly with the special wick trimmer (ideal length: 3-5 mm).
When extinguishing the candle, check that the wick is upright and centred.
