Key ingredients include niacinamide, witch hazel and chamomile, known for their soothing properties; witch hazel also helps to cool the skin and adds astringency. As a complement, salicylic acid performs a gentle chemical exfoliation, helping to clarify and balance the skin. In addition, rosemary helps to purify and lavender helps to calm the skin.
After cleansing the face and neck, apply half a teaspoon of In Two Minds Facial Toner to a cotton pad or clean hands, and apply gently to the skin.
