Fleur de Peau is one of those fragrances that doesn't seem to scream, but stays with you forever. Softly powdery, with a cotton cloud texture, this eau de toilette from Diptyque pays tribute to the Greek myth of Eros and Psyche, where forbidden love gives rise to eternal pleasure. Here, that pleasure translates into a clean, intimate and serene scent, as if the skin smells like itself, only better.
The white musk is the common thread: enveloping, slightly damp, with a warmth reminiscent of sheets freshly spread out in the sun. It is accompanied by a powdered iris that brings elegance without weight, and a luminous magnolia, floral but without drama. The fragrance opens with flashes of fresh mandarin and a touch of pink pepper, The effervescent lightness disappears as quickly as it arrives, giving way to a soft, creamy and diffuse heart.
