The perfume Viole Nere by Meo Fusciuni is a deep, intense and emotionally charged floral fragrance. A perfume that dialogues with the collective and personal memory, evoking intimate memories and hidden feelings. Awarded the Accademia del Profumo 2024 Award for Best Niche Fragrance, Viole Nere is a contemporary and daring interpretation of the Violetta di Parma, a classic reinvented with a modern sensibility.
The fragrance opens with a vibrant, slightly liquoricy top note, where the cassis brings a dark fruity and acidic nuance, accompanied by a chord of cognac which introduces depth and character from the very first moment. This opening evokes the cold mornings of March, when the earth still retains the moisture of winter and the light of spring begins to awaken the garden.
At the heart, the violet is displayed with austere elegance, surrounded by iris, thrush, jasmine, pink y ylang-ylang. The result is a powdery, luminous and sophisticated floral accord that combines delicacy and emotional strength. It is not an innocent or decorative violet, but a flower with presence, memory and depth.
The base reveals the root of the perfume: vetiver, patchouli, frankincense and oak moss connect the composition with the land and its origins. The sandalwood, vanilla and musk bring an enveloping and lingering warmth, leaving an elegant, slightly ambered and deeply moving trail. Viole Nere is a contemporary classic: a violet with a vintage soul and a contemporary spirit.
