La bruma para almohada Nightfall Sleep Mist de Olverum es un spray aromático formulado para quienes duermen mal o les cuesta desconectar la mente al acostarse. Según la marca, favorece la calma y la relajación antes de dormir y acompaña las distintas fases del ciclo inicial del sueño para un descanso más profundo.
Su fórmula reúne una mezcla experta de cinco aceites esenciales de grado aromaterapéutico. La lavanda de altura acompaña las fases 1 y 2 del sueño; la manzanilla romana ayuda a calmar la ansiedad y apoya las fases 3 y 4, las del sueño profundo; y la bergamota, con su matiz floral dulce y sutil, ayuda a despejar la mente. Se completa con la madera de amyris, de efecto envolvente, y el aceite de geranio.
El aroma es herbal y floral, tranquilo y sereno sin resultar invasivo.
